The run continues. Part 5 delivers Shane Gillis in full control on Kill Tony. Ruthless timing, zero hesitation, and moments that define why these appearances are so rewatchable. This one’s faster, meaner, and dialed all the way in.

Tony Hinchcliffe's new Netflix comedy special Man of the People dropped on June 9th 2026 and its already sitting below 10% on Rotten Tomatoes - with many people calling it the worst stand up comedy special ever made.
I've been following Tony Hinchcliffe through his hit show Kill Tony for several years now, and when I saw so many people dogpile on his special, I had to see just how bad it was for myself.
In this video I breakdown what I watched, and try to wrestle with this question: How can a comedy legend flop THIS bad?

Today we're going to be looking at podcaster turned comedian Tony Hinchcliffe's newest Netflix special: Man of the People. To be honest with you, it is truly one of the worst things I've seen in recent memory There is nothing redeemable about the eponymous "Kill Tony" host producing nearly an hour of racist, unintelligent garbage. Let's review why the comedy doesn't work, and mock it together.
