📖 Plot:
The Scarlet Hour is a moody late-era film noir about obsession, temptation, and betrayal. A respected police officer becomes romantically involved with the restless wife of a wealthy man. What begins as a dangerous affair soon turns into a criminal scheme involving theft and murder. As guilt and paranoia take hold, the characters spiral toward tragedy, revealing the destructive power of desire and moral compromise.

Stylish and psychologically driven, the film reflects noir’s shift in the mid-1950s toward darker emotional complexity.

🎥 Interesting Facts:
✅ Directed by Michael Curtiz, best known for classics like Casablanca.
✅ One of the last traditional film noirs produced in Hollywood’s classic era.
✅ Focuses heavily on internal conflict rather than procedural crime elements.
