They thought Django was dead. They were wrong.
Django the Bastard (1969) is a dark and atmospheric Spaghetti Western starring Anthony Steffen as a mysterious gunslinger who arrives in a small town with a deadly purpose. One by one, the men responsible for a terrible betrayal begin to face their fate.
As Django closes in, rumors spread that the gunslinger may have returned from the grave. His identity, his motives, and his seemingly impossible ability to appear and disappear make him one of the most mysterious figures in classic Western cinema.
Directed by Sergio Garrone, Django the Bastard combines revenge, mystery, gunfights, and supernatural Western elements to create a haunting take on the Spaghetti Western genre.
If you enjoy rare Westerns, classic Italian Westerns, mysterious gunslingers, revenge stories, and vintage cowboy movies, Django the Bastard is a film you won't want to miss.
