You've probably heard of a health condition called leaky gut syndrome, a medically unrecognized, but still very real health challenge. If you're a guy in your 50's or older, you may have noticed that you are getting up two or three or more times a night to go to the bathroom. Aside from the inconvenience and loss of sleep, potential consequences of long term urinary issues include UTI's, bladder stones and incontinence.
The condition is related to a common physiological problem called "benign prostatic hypertrophy" or "BPH", which causes the prostate gland to press against the urinary plumbing. This, in turn, leads to irritation, obstruction and ultimately the classic symptoms of frequent urination and incomplete emptying of the bladder.
BPH effects 30 million Americans, over half of all men over 50, and is known colloquially as an enlarged prostate. These days BPH is, unfortunately, a normal part of aging. It is associated, at least partially, with nutritional deficiencies and poor dietary choices. Which is good news, because it means that, while 150,000 men have the condition surgically corrected every year and millions more are on medication, by supplementing and changing the way we eat, prostate enlargement can be reversed and subsequent urinary problems prevented without medical intervention.
To shrink the prostate, it is important to avoid fried and processes fats and carbs. Omega 3's from fish and flax seed oil can be helpful. A daily dose of zinc picolinate 50mg and Vitamin E 400IU is a must. Using progesterone 2-3% cream can help. Nothing beats 300-400mg a day of Beta Sitosterol for eliminating the symptoms of BPH.

It's a serious problem and, if you go the medical rout to addresses it, you're going to be taking a beta-blocker, calcium channel blocker, ace inhibitor or some other pharmaceutical.
The problem is these drugs, even if they'll lover your blood pressure, are pretty darn powerful and you can end up feeling worse than if you didn't take any drugs at all.
If you have been diagnosed with hypertension, you should be taking the condition seriously, but you don't necessarily need a drug to deal with it.
You can naturally lower your blood pressure by practicing slow deep rhythmic breathing techniques.
Breath in deeply for 10seconds or so, exhale for ten seconds, do this for 5min and you can drop your blood pressure significantly, without medication.
And as some side effects, you'll lower your blood pressure and you'll be adding years to your life.

Thali Kálmán Zápolya című költeménye egy történelmi ballada mélységével és líraiságával idézi meg a sorsfordító múltat – a mohácsi vész árnyékában, a magára maradt ember gyötrő lelkiismeretével. A vers középpontjában nem pusztán a történelem áll, hanem az a belső küzdelem, amelyet az ember saját hibáival, bűntudatával és a megmásíthatatlan múlttal vív.
A lírai én nemcsak Zápolya figuráján keresztül szólal meg, hanem mintegy nemzetkarakterként, kollektív lelkiismeretként is. A költemény fájdalmas felismeréseket hordoz: az elhibázott döntések, a tehetetlenség és a jóvátehetetlenség súlyát. Mégis ott sejlik benne a vágy a kiengesztelődésre, az emlékezés méltóságára, és arra, hogy a múlt ne merüljön feledésbe.
Stílus és nyelvezet
• Balladisztikus hangvétel – A vers drámai sűrítettséggel és visszafogott emelkedettséggel idézi meg Zápolya lelkiállapotát. A narráció személyessé válik, mégis egyetemes sorsot fogalmaz meg.
• Képekben gazdag, borongós hangulat – A vers atmoszférája erőteljes: sötét tónusok, elhagyatottság, a csatatér és a belső világ kontrasztjai festik meg a lelki tájat.
• Történelmi szimbólumok – Mohács, Buda, a trón és a harc jelképekként jelennek meg, melyek egyaránt hordoznak nemzeti tragédiát és személyes vétket.
• Fájdalmas önvallomás – A megszólaló hangja szinte meggyónja saját végzetét, és ezzel hitelesen közvetíti az emberi gyengeség és megbánás örök témáját.
Összegzés
A Zápolya nem csupán egy történelmi hős lírai megidézése, hanem az elbukott ember balladája is, aki már csak emlékezhet, de nem változtathat. A vers egyszerre nemzeti gyászének és bensőséges lelki önvizsgálat.
Hangulata, képei és gondolatisága révén olyan mélységet ér el, amely nemcsak a múltról, hanem a jelenről és az örök emberi esendőségről is szól.
A vers arra emlékeztet bennünket: a bűn és a megbocsátás, a haza és az egyén drámája örök kérdések – s néha egy versen keresztül szólal meg mindez a legigazabban.

József Attila: Keresek valakit
Ez a vers a költő fiatalkori alkotásai közé tartozik, mégis teljes érettséggel szól a magányról, a vágyódásról, és arról az ismeretlen, betölthetetlen hiányról, amely sokszor meghatározza az emberi életet. A „keresés” itt nem csupán szerelmi vagy emberi kapcsolatra utal, hanem egyfajta létértelmezési vágyra is.
? Téma
A középpontban az önkeresés, a társ utáni vágy, és a végtelenségbe vesző magány áll. A lírai én nem tudja, kit keres, de érzi, hogy valami vagy valaki hiányzik - ez teszi a verset időtlenné és egyetemessé.
?️ Motívumok
• A végtelen: visszatérő elem, szimbolizálja a kilátástalanságot, de egyben a reményt is.
• Szív / Lélek / Vágy: a belső világ szenvedését és nyugtalanságát képviselik.
• Személytelenség („Valakit”): az ismeretlen keresése univerzálissá teszi a verset.
• Természet / évszak („Tavasz”): az idő múlásának és elmúlásnak jelei.
? Érzelem
A vers hangulata melankolikus, elvágyódó, mélyen lírai. Nincs kiút, csak a keresés folyamata. A lírai én nem panaszkodik hangosan – inkább csendben szenved, és ez teszi még megrendítőbbé.
⛓️ Szerkezet
• 5 versszak + 1 záró rész (versszak).
• Minden versszak belső kettéosztásban működik (ahogy a zenei bontásnál is alkalmaztam), az első felük visszafogottabb, a második mindig érzelmileg túlfűtöttebb.
• Visszatérő sor („A végtelenbe.”) refrénszerűen működik, zeneileg is tökéletesen adaptálható.
• A sorvégi rímek egyszerűek, mégis letisztultak, költőileg pontosak.
? Összegzés
A Keresek valakit az egyik legérzékenyebb József Attila-vers, ami a modern zenei átiratban is megőrzi eredeti mélységét, miközben új dimenziókban képes megszólalni. A dalszerű formára való alkalmassága miatt ideális alap egy monumentális, mégis szívből jövő feldolgozáshoz.
