Millions of Americans are all about their morning coffee and they know that enjoying a freshly brewed cup can be one of life's greatest indulgences. While the pick me up delivered by a cup of coffee is an undeniable pleasure, even better are the nutrients found in coffee, including anti-oxidants, magnesium, potassium and B vitamins.

Still, as many coffee drinkers are aware, too much caffeine can cause problems, including anxiety, disturbed sleep patterns and abnormal heart rhythms. If that sounds familiar, but you still love a cup of Jo, try occasionally replacing it with Green Tea. You'll still get caffeine, although two thirds less, and lots of nutritional value, including vitamins C and E, and natural fluoride for strengthening teeth.

Most importantly however, for people trying to reduce jitteryness and insomnia, that caffeine can induce, are the relaxing substances found in Green Tea. It's a great source of three caffeine balancing biochemicals, including the brains most important calming substance GABA, as well as theanine and EGCG, which, in addition to their soothing effects, lower blood pressure, protect brain cells and reduce Cancer risks.
