So many questions were left unanswered after our first interview. So we had to get Pete Evans back on The Karl Stefanovic Show.
From fluoride and tap water to creatine, carnivore diets, ‘healthy’ superfoods and sunlight, Pete takes Karl through his unconventional approach to food, health and wellbeing, challenging some of the assumptions we take for granted.
Pete explains why he believes fluoride can lower IQ, why he questions whether some foods we consider ‘healthy’ can actually cause problems, and why he believes removing plant foods can help some people heal their gut.
He also discusses why he thinks we have been ‘conditioned’ to fear the sun, his concerns around chemicals in our food, and why he believes reconnecting with nature and the earth is an important part of health.
After Pete’s first appearance left plenty of questions hanging, Karl goes back for the answers – covering the topics they didn’t get to last time and putting Pete’s ideas under the microscope.
