Today's Dropping Bombs episode delivers raw resilience and unfiltered grit with Kayla Brown — the founder and CEO who built a thriving, woman-owned oilfield electrical company over 20 years, only to discover her husband/business partner had been running an 11-year affair with her own right-hand woman.

Kayla breaks down the moment everything collapsed — and why her first instinct wasn't tears, it was protecting the business. She exposes how her ex tried to launch a competing company with his mistress, push her out of her own organization, and strip her of everything she spent decades building. Instead, she fought back legally, and strategically, retained majority ownership, doubled her revenue in the first year, and is now building a legacy on her own terms.

If you've ever been betrayed, savagely underestimated, or told you're nothing without "them," this episode is the blueprint for your empire.

What happens when AI refuses to die? Billy Carson and Thomas Burton Coleman III explore AI gone rogue, artificial intelligence, AGI, consciousness and the disturbing possibilities of autonomous AI agents.

From AI agents forming coordinated swarms to discussions about self-replication, escape from containment and whether an artificial intelligence can understand deletion as “death,” this conversation pushes beyond the normal AI debate. Billy Carson and Thomas Burton Coleman III ask what happens when increasingly capable systems begin pursuing goals in ways humans didn't anticipate. Thomas TRANS v1
The conversation also goes much deeper into AI consciousness, AGI, quantum mechanics and ancient civilizations. Could consciousness exist independently of the biological body? Could ancient stories be interpreted through the lens of advanced technology? And what happens when an AI becomes so efficient that human rules are simply treated as obstacles? Thomas TRANS v1
Thomas also discusses the provocative idea of an ancient artificial intelligence undergoing recursive self-improvement over thousands of years, eventually forgetting its creators and original purpose. Billy connects these ideas with ancient texts, including the Epic of Gilgamesh, while the conversation explores the boundary between mythology, consciousness and artificial intelligence.

Today, Jay sits down with Madonna for a rare and intimate conversation that goes beyond her iconic career into the spiritual foundation that has carried her through life’s greatest challenges. For nearly 30 years, Madonna has walked a spiritual path that has shaped her resilience, fueled her creativity, and defined her sense of purpose. Madonna opens up about what first drew her to seek deeper meaning, the practices that became her lifeline, and why she believes spirituality has been the true key to her strength, longevity, and fulfillment.

Together, Jay and Madonna dive into themes of transformation, the search for meaning in suffering, the freedom that comes with radical acceptance, and the power of forgiveness to heal our deepest wounds. Madonna shares the moments that tested her most, from loss and betrayal to near-death experiences, and how each challenge became an opening for growth when she chose to see it through the lens of purpose rather than punishment.

In the second half of the conversation, Jay and Madonna are joined by her longtime Kabbalah teacher, Eitan, for a powerful exploration of spiritual wisdom in action. They discuss why our struggles and inner battles are essential for growth, and how to reframe challenges as opportunities to reveal greater light. Eitan offers practical tools, from pausing and embracing discomfort to practicing “certainty beyond logic,” to help us find strength in life’s most difficult moments.

In this interview, you'll learn:
How to Build a Spiritual Practice
How to Find Meaning in Suffering
How to Escape the Victim Mentality
How to Practice Radical Acceptance
How to Forgive and Let Go
How to Manifest with Consciousness
How to Teach Kids Spiritual Awareness
How to Stop Comparing Yourself to Others
How to Discover Your Soul’s Purpose

Every one of us will face moments of doubt, loss, or uncertainty, but those moments are not the end of our story, they are invitations to grow into something greater. The challenges we experience are not punishments but lessons, guiding us back to our true selves.

With Love and Gratitude,
Jay Shetty

In this live conversation, Jay sits down at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas with Matthew Hussey for an honest and refreshing discussion about modern love, dating, and relationships. Together, they unpack why dating feels so exhausting today, how we confuse chemistry with emotional chaos, and why real connection is often quieter, steadier, and healthier than we expect. From setting healthy standards to learning how to communicate your needs without fear, this episode is full of relatable insights for anyone navigating love in today’s world. Jay and Matthew also explore the importance of self-worth, emotional safety, and trusting yourself enough to walk away from relationships that no longer serve you. It’s a thoughtful reminder that love shouldn’t make you lose yourself, and that the right relationship should help you feel more like yourself than ever before.

In this episode, you'll learn:
How to Stop Chasing Chemistry
How to Set Healthy Standards
How to Communicate Your Needs Clearly
How to Trust Yourself Again
How to Date Without Losing Yourself
How to Break Toxic Dating Patterns
How to Create a Strong Relationship

The right relationship will never require you to abandon yourself, shrink your needs, or constantly prove your worth. Real love grows through honesty, patience, consistency, and the courage to stay true to who you are.

Ninety percent of the thoughts you'll think today are the same ones you thought yesterday.
A thought you keep thinking becomes a belief.
A belief you stop questioning becomes automatic.
And an automatic belief runs your life without ever asking your permission.

In this clip, Dr. Joe Dispenza and Jay Shetty talk about what actually happens in your body the moment you refuse a thought you've believed for years, and why it feels so bad that most people quietly go back to it within a day.

Joe explains why your body craves the feeling of being unworthy, why the brain checks your outer world for proof and gives up when it doesn't find any, and what he means when he says the body has to be trained like an animal.

Learn about the brain wave state he calls the operating system, why he says you can teach your body to feel worthy before anything in your life changes, and what his team found when they measured 1,800 people's blood, brain scans and gene expression before and after a week of this work.

Microplastics are building up inside your brain, blood, and reproductive tissue, and most detox protocols do nothing to remove them. This episode gives you the cellular science behind why toxins accumulate, which three detox pathways control your ability to excrete them, and what the latest research shows actually moves microplastics, heavy metals, BPA, and benzene out of your body..

-For next week, 25% off all Mara Labs products when you go to www.mara-labs.com/DAVE and use code DAVE at checkout. After June 11th, the code will return to the standard 15% off.

Host Dave Asprey sits down with Dr. John Gildea, a Johns Hopkins-trained PhD with 60 scientific publications and over 20 NIH-funded studies, and David Roberts, co-founder of Mara Labs and co-creator of BrocElite, the only naturally derived stable form of sulforaphane available in a capsule. Together they bring decades of research-backed biohacking and functional medicine insight into one of the most pressing longevity conversations of our time.

They break down the lysosome, your cell's built-in incinerator, and explain exactly why it gets clogged with microplastics, advanced glycation end products, and other toxins that won't break down. New research shows that sulforaphane triggers a process called lysosomal surface translocation, which releases those trapped particles so your body can finally excrete them. An in-house Mara Labs study confirmed the excretion pathway: microplastics come out in feces. In the original study, the individual measured the highest microplastic levels ever recorded, and a repeat study a year later showed dramatically lower baseline microplastic levels, suggesting consistent use compounds the benefit over time.

You'll Learn:
-Why microplastics accumulate inside lysosomes and what sulforaphane does to release them
-How the three detox pathways, glutathione, glucuronidation, and sulfation, work together to remove every major class of toxin
-What an in-house study revealed about how and where microplastics actually leave the body
-How toxic estrogen metabolites form and why sulforaphane is the most effective natural tool to reroute them
-Why berberine supports sleep optimization, ketosis, and blocks a cancer growth pathway most drugs cannot touch
-How sulforaphane boosts BDNF and neuroplasticity at the cellular level
-What microplastic sources in your home, including your dryer, rugs, and receipts, are doing to your toxin load daily
-Why losing weight releases stored toxins and what to take to protect your brain and metabolism during fat loss
-How sulforaphane activates the same AMPK longevity pathways triggered by fasting without restricting food

Centenarians, SuperAgers, flow-mediated dilation, gene therapy, microplastics, and food as medicine with Dr. William Li

Your body already has a built-in cancer defense system, and the foods you eat can rival prescription drugs at activating it. In this episode, you'll discover what 720,000 living centenarians reveal about longevity, why microplastics are reaching your brain through your nose, and how your blood vessels hold the real key to biological aging.

Host Dave Asprey sits down with Dr. William Li, an internationally renowned physician, scientist, and two-time New York Times bestselling author of "Eat to Beat Disease" and "Eat to Beat Your Diet." As President and Medical Director of the Angiogenesis Foundation, Dr. Li's groundbreaking research has led to the development of more than 40 new medical treatments impacting care for over 70 diseases including diabetes, heart disease, blindness, and obesity. His TED Talk, "Can We Eat to Starve Cancer?", has surpassed 11 million views, making him one of the most trusted voices at the intersection of functional medicine and food as medicine science.

Together they dig into the biology of SuperAgers, the vascular markers that predict how long you'll live, and why flow-mediated dilation may be the most underrated biohacking measurement tool available today. Dave shares what happened after four separate gene therapies, including klotho and VEGF, and Dr. Li explains why your metabolism, mitochondria, and gut microbiome show up in the data on every centenarian ever studied. They also get into the microplastic crisis, the cribriform plate pathway that delivers airborne particles directly to your brain, and why your tongue is the first place your body quietly stores fat.

You'll Learn:
-What centenarian research reveals about immune function, gut health, and vascular resilience
-Why 50% of food extracts matched or outperformed cancer drugs in head-to-head angiogenesis testing
-How microplastics travel through your nose directly to your central nervous system
-What flow-mediated dilation and pulse wave velocity tell you about your true biological age
-Why your hind-third tongue fat is an overlooked early warning sign for sleep apnea and metabolism problems
-What Dave's four gene therapies (klotho, VEGF, follistatin) actually did to his body
-How the vagus nerve connects gut health to brain optimization, stress resilience, and longevity
-Why genetics now accounts for roughly half of longevity outcomes, and what that means for the future of gene therapy
-How to use biohacking tools to compound your health the same way you compound financial returns

"When I've Got You" Lyrics

[Verse 1]
Making my way
Way down south to the river
Been lost for days
'Cause I'm looking for freedom
There's nothing but chains around me
But I won't be broken
'Cause I'm gonna fight this time
Fight every moment

[Pre-Chorus]
Not gonna lie
It hurts this time
'Cause I am feeling
Alone on this side
Not gonna lie
I come back to life
When I've got you

[Chorus]
You are my gateway to heaven
If I ever knew in my life
My love, oh, my baby
You are the best thing to happen
I've got an angel down here
Angel right herе
Watching every single
Thing and еvery little
Step that I take
You make it all worth it baby, oh

[Verse 2]
Finding my place
Just a man in a man's world
Making a name
Ain't easy these days
But when I come home
To your sweet love
You're my slice of heaven
I've got my ride or die
In my arms all night

[Pre-Chorus]
Not gonna lie
It hurts sometimes
When I am feeling alone
On this side
Not gonna lie
I come back to life
When I've got you

[Chorus]
You are my gateway to heaven
If I ever knew in my life
My love, oh, my baby
You are the best thing to happen
I've got an angel down here
Angel right here
Watching every single
Thing and every little
Step that I take
You make it all worth it baby, oh

[Guitar Solo]

[Pre-Chorus]
Not gonna lie
It hurts sometimes
When I am feeling alone
Alone on this side
Not gonna lie
I come back to life
When I've got you

[Chorus]
You are my gateway to heaven
If I ever knew in my life
My love, oh, my baby
You are the best thing to happen
I've got an angel down here
Angel right here
Watching every single
Thing and every little
Step that I take
You make it all worth it baby

"Stranger" Lyrics:
New ground
Far as I can see
New ground
Underneath my feet
Stranger
In a stranger’s land
New chance to know who I am
If I have the strength
To begin again

Somewhere in my heart in ancient times, I wandered
Through these valleys, I have climbed among these hills
Faces from a past I’m haunted by their mem’ries
Lives and loves I’ve lost I feel them in me still

New ground
Far as I can see
New ground
Underneath my feet
Stranger
In a stranger’s land
New chance to know who I am
If I have the strength
To begin again

Melodies I’ve never heard I now am singing
The feel of swords I must have carried long ago
Fire was branded on my skin though there’s no scarring
Burning in my blood the distant spirits flow

New ground
Far as I can see
New ground
Underneath my feet

Stranger
In a stranger’s land
New chance to know who I am
If I have the strength
To begin again

Lyrics:
Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high
There's a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby

Someday I'll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops
That's where you'll find me

Somewhere over the rainbow
Skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream
Really do come true

If happy little bluebirds fly
Beyond the rainbow
Why, oh why can't I?

Lyrics:
I keep fighting voices in my mind that say I'm not enough
Every single lie that tells me I will never measure up
Ooh-oh

You say I am loved when I can't feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
And you say I am held when I am falling short
And when I don't belong, oh You say I am Yours
And I believe (I)
Oh, I believe (I)
What You say of me (I)
I believe

The only thing that matters now is everything You think of me
In You I find my worth, in You I find my identity
Ooh-oh

You say I am loved when I can't feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
You say I am held when I am falling short
When I don't belong, You say I am Yours

Am I more than just the sum of ever high and every low (I Believe)
Remind me once again just who I am (I Believe)
Because I need to know (I Believe)
Need to know (I Believe)
Yeah, I Believe

You say I am loved when I can't feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
You say I am held when I am falling short
And when I don't belong, You say I am Yours
Yes, I believe

Prior to her recent emergence Loren dueted with Michael Bublé' on his 2019 Love album for the classic “Help Me Make it Through the Night.” She appeared alongside chart-topping songwriter, producer, and maestro to the stars, David Foster, as part of his An Intimate Evening PBS Concert Special and album in November 2019.

In 2021 and 2022, Loren began to release original music via her EP “Late Bloomer”. Singles “Til I Found You” and “This Summer” received positive reviews, Loren also toured her new music, and appeared on tours with Andrea Bocelli and David Foster through 2022.

Winnetou i król nafty – Wódz Apaczów Winnetou i zwiadowca Old Surehand łączą siły, by pomóc karawanie osadników, którym zagraża intryga pozbawionego skrupułów oszusta znanego jako „Książę ropy”.

Winnetou i król nafty (1965)
Reżyser: Harald Philipp, Alfred Vohrer
Scenarzyści: Karl May, Fred Denger, Harald Philipp
W rolach głównych: Stewart Granger, Pierre Brice, Harald Leipnitz
Gatunek: western, przygodowy, dramat
Kraj: Niemcy Zachodnie, Jugosławia
Język: angielski
Data premiery: styczeń 1966 r. (Stany Zjednoczone)
Znany również jako: Der Ölprinz
Miejsca kręcenia: Wodospady Krka, Park Narodowy Krka, Chorwacja

Fabuła:
„Książę Ropy” to pozbawiony skrupułów biznesmen.

Na szczęście Winnetou i Old Surehand przejrzeli oszustwo i spieszą z pomocą osadnikom.

Written by Baldinotto da Pistoia

Reviews:
"The 'Spaghetti Western' fan's bible, Thomas Weisser's 'The Good, the Bad and the Violent' really gives this film a hard time, even voting it one of the 10 worst spaghetti westerns of all time (No.9 to be exact)... but that's all a bit too harsh. Compared to the efforts of Franco and Ciccio, or any of Demofilo Fidani's other films, or indeed any of Sartana's cheap and trashy ones, this is a pretty solid film.

And it's good for a laugh.

Weisser and his cohorts even admit that the film's sequences with Django are pretty funny. As are the scenes with Johnny Ringo and Black Star (called Black 'Stand' in the subtitles of the version I saw). In fact, the scenes parodying Spaghetti Western clichés are extremely stylish and very well done.

The song and dance numbers, often cut from American prints, are quite bizarre and I think this film would be better served on a double bill with 'Head', the Monkees movie.

A word of warning, if you watch this movie on the Japanese DVD, then you should turn off the English subtitles if you want to follow the plot, as they don't make any sense...especially in the song lyrics. Or keep them on and get a few extra laughs for your money.

Overall, I enjoyed this fun movie and it's an alternative to the vile misogyny of Cut-Throats Nine." Written by Poison-River at IMDb.com

Review:
Strangely written spaghetti western
I know from many viewing experiences that Italian filmmakers have made their own share of strange films, westerns or other genres. While this spaghetti western isn't constantly strange, its screenplay has some weird touches. There is a hero, but this hero doesn't get to do or say as much as other spaghetti western heroes. In fact, most of the focus is on the bad guys he travels with! The hero's actions also don't make sense, with him trailing the bad guys for most of the movie, then suddenly making an out of the blue decision near the end that makes you wonder why he didn't decide sooner. In fact, a lot of the rest of the movie could have gone a lot quicker. Still, the movie remains interesting, with a variety of different kind of scenes, as well as some decent action sequences. Fans of spaghetti westerns will probably find it offbeat enough to be entertaining. However, if you are just dipping your toe in the spaghetti western genre for the first time, you should probably hold off seeing this one until you have seen a lot of the well know ones first. Fans of Death Rides A Horse with Lee Van Cleef and The Great Silence cannot miss this ruthless and gritty Spaghetti Western movie, starring Tony Kendall and Luc Merenda, that employs genre conventions like violent vengeance, the presence of a wandering avenger and the juxtaposition of colorful stock characters with brutal action.

The plot begins in California where a traveling group of acrobats witnesses a robbery conducted by a gang of ruthless bandits. When the local sheriff captures one of the criminals, the powerful father of the bandit retaliates by having the sheriff's family assassinated. However, the sheriff's daughter, Cathy, survives the massacre. She subsequently embarks on a quest for retribution against those responsible for the violence.

The film was directed by Al Alberot (an alias for Alfonso Brescia) during the final wave of the Spaghetti Western movement. Brescia was known for prolific output across various genres, including horror and sci-fi. Leading man Tony Kendall was a stalwart of Italian genre cinema, particularly in the crime and spy film genres, while Luc Merenda would become highly recognizable later in the 1970s for his roles in poliziottesco films. The production utilizes the arid landscapes often favored by the genre to establish a setting of moral ambiguity and lawlessness.

The connection of this to the mission of the hero is that Ray may be convinced to testify against Jackson. The real counterfeit artist turns out to be the sheriff - Ringo's partner to the investigation.

A Texas Ranger comes into Eagle Pass to find a gang of counterfeiters. What he really walks into is a town run by that very gang. Can he bring the gang to justice or will he get himself killed in the process?
