Jack has level 3 autism, is nonverbal, suffers seizures and requires around-the-clock support. His parents say the cuts mean he may no longer be able to stay at the school where he was finally thriving.

The couple say they support cracking down on fraud and rorts inside the NDIS — but argue genuine families are now paying the price.

Karl also hears how the family now faces a lengthy legal battle just to try and restore the support their son had already been approved for.
