They’ll also get to visit different apprenticeships and business to talk and learn from construction professionals and earn their OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, flagger and forklift certifications.
Construction Trades is a one or two-year program running five days a week, with students spending half their school day at NEWTech - either in the morning or the afternoon. Whatever works best for your high school schedule. Students can earn up to three CTE credits per year, as well as one math credit toward their graduation requirements.
