This week on The Karl Stefanovic Show, Pete Evans joins Karl for one of the most controversial conversations we’ve ever had.

COVID. Censorship. Big Pharma. Mainstream media. The cancellation that nearly destroyed him.

Pete confronts Karl over his role during the pandemic, while Karl admits: ‘I personally believe I got it wrong.’

From vaccine mandates and media pile-ons to nutrition, chronic illness and the influence of pharmaceutical companies, this is the conversation Pete says mainstream television would never allow.

Pete also opens up about the personal toll of being publicly attacked, why he rejected ‘one-size-fits-all medicine’ and the moment the media turned on him.

Whether you agree with him or not, this is a raw, uncomfortable and brutally honest discussion about one of the most divisive periods in modern Australian history.

No TV show? No radio gig? No worries! Today has shed nearly 200,000 viewers since Karl Stefanovic’s departure, while his new podcast has already surpassed the breakfast show’s ratings.

Political activist Drew Pavlou reacts to the ABC accusing Karl Stefanovic of having “controversial” guests on his podcast.

“They’re trying to present me as some kind of extremist, Nazi figure,” Mr Pavlou told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“Just very bizarre, very creepy.”

Political activist and NDIS fraud investigator Drew Pavlou joins Karl as Senate hearings begin into the future of the NDIS.

Pavlou argues the government's reforms risk hurting vulnerable families while failing to properly address fraud, corruption and abuse within the system. He questions why families are facing uncertainty over support packages while legal disputes continue to cost taxpayers millions and serious allegations against providers remain unresolved.

The pair discuss the Senate inquiry, the politics behind Labor's reform agenda, the role of the Greens, widespread concerns about NDIS administration and whether the government is targeting the wrong people.

As the hearings get underway, the central question remains: why are families losing support while fraudsters appear to stay one step ahead?

For twenty years the networks told them to be enemies. Turns out they’d been having quiet lunches the whole time. David Koch and Karl Stefanovic sit down together for the first time, and it’s gold.

Beretts gets the two kings of breakfast TV on the rivalry that never really was, getting the job “by miscarriage,” the daggy whiteboard that beat the slick news desk, the exits (one graceful, one a phone call at an airport), and the privilege of waking up Australia for two decades. Warm, funny and full of heart.

Media commentator Rob McKnight criticises Karl Stefanovic’s interview with Tommy Robinson as "lazy”.

“Karl is a journalist, and I don’t believe he did any of that research … it was a lazy interview,” Mr McKnight told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“It’s a real blight on his journalism, actually.”

Sky News Digital Editor Jack Houghton has weighed in on the "one sided and disproportionate" hysteria surrounding Karl Stefanovic’s interview with Tommy Robinson.

One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson claims Channel Nine would be “bloody stupid” to sack Karl Stefanovic.

“They’re bloody stupid to do it,” Ms Hanson told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“They’ve gone so far to the left, Channel Nine; they’re making a big mistake.”

Sky News host Caleb Bond says Karl Stefanovic’s exit from Channel Nine is proving media outlets are willing to sanitise their content to appease corporates and activists.

“Nine has made a commercial decision because it is worried about advertisers pulling their money from the Today Show,” Mr Bond said.

“The real-world effect of that is censorship.

“It means that some mainstream media outlets sanitise their content to appease corporates and activists.”
