Consuming anything that causes a spike in insulin will break your fast. This is important to know while you’re doing intermittent fasting.

Some beverages can trigger an insulin spike and immediately stop your fasting benefits.

Keep in mind that consuming something that's 100% fat will not break your fast. This is because fat does not spike insulin on its own. However, consuming more dietary fat will deprioritize the burning of body fat. So if you’re goal is to lose weight, consume less fat while fasting.

Fiber will also not spike insulin because your body can’t digest and utilize fiber.

Let’s take a look at what you can and can’t drink during your fasting window.

1. Water: Yes
2. Water + apple cider vinegar: Yes
3. Water + lemon juice: Yes

Recensione:
Uno spaghetti western dalla trama strana
So per esperienza che i registi italiani hanno realizzato molti film strani, western e di altri generi. Anche se questo spaghetti western non è strano in modo costante, la sceneggiatura ha alcuni tocchi bizzarri. C'è un eroe, ma non fa né dice tanto quanto gli eroi degli altri spaghetti western. Infatti, l'attenzione è concentrata soprattutto sui cattivi con cui viaggia! Anche le azioni dell'eroe non hanno senso: per gran parte del film segue i cattivi, poi all'improvviso, verso la fine, prende una decisione che ti fa chiedere perché non l'abbia presa prima. In effetti, gran parte del resto del film avrebbe potuto essere molto più veloce. Tuttavia, il film rimane interessante, con una varietà di scene diverse e alcune sequenze d'azione decenti. I fan degli spaghetti western probabilmente lo troveranno abbastanza insolito da essere divertente. Tuttavia, se vi state avvicinando al genere degli spaghetti western per la prima volta, forse è meglio aspettare di aver visto alcuni dei film più famosi prima di vedere questo.
