This breakdown explores the controversial theory regarding a sprawling underground network located in the Sahara Desert. If you are interested in alternative history and the possibility that ancient civilizations were far more advanced than current archaeological records suggest, this analysis provides a clear overview of the claims.

Did the Annunaki create humanity? Billy Carson explores the ancient Sumerian tablets, Adam and Eve, genetic engineering, Atlantis, and the hidden history that challenges conventional beliefs.

In this fascinating presentation, Billy Carson examines ancient Mesopotamian texts, the Enuma Elish, the Epic of Atrahasis, and other ancient records to explain how the Annunaki may have genetically modified early humans. He connects these accounts with the biblical story of Adam and Eve, ancient Egypt, Atlantis, and modern genetics to present an alternative interpretation of humanity's origins.

Billy also discusses the meaning of Eden, Enki, Enlil, the Elohim, chromosome fusion, the Emerald Tablets, and why many ancient civilizations may have preserved fragments of the same forgotten history. Whether you agree or disagree, this presentation raises thought-provoking questions about our ancient past.

An inside glimpse into how we fly with our harps! We are asked a lot of questions about how we travel with harps. We prefer to drive whenever possible because that is the safest and easiest for our instruments and equipment. However, we occasionally have to fly. We filmed this video on our trip to Colombia, South America. And yes, we have to pay for the seats for our harps. We hope you enjoy a little glimpse into our travels!

“The Twins and the Trolls” is an original story that we wrote and set to our original music! This music video is part of the continuing story from the perspective of our characters who were introduced in our Nordic fantasy comic book, “Legend of the Shaders”. We’re so excited to share a bit more of the world and characters that we have created for “Legend of the Shaders”. Like our other original works, “The Twins and the Trolls” pays homage to our Norwegian heritage. Some of our favorite stories as children were scary stories about Old World trolls, and we thought it would be fun to write a troll story of our own! In a way, trolls are the personification of the most undesirable human traits. These legendary creatures are representative of all that is evil and destructive. We purposely wrote this story in a way that it can correlate to the modern day troll… If you don’t play games with trolls, the trolls lose their power over you. We hope that listeners can take a moment of reflection and notice the “troll traits” within others, or even themselves. When our ancestors left Norway to come to the “New World”, the troll stories were passed down through the generations and the trolls became mythical creatures of legend. And while it’s a nice to think that the Nordic trolls of the Old World were never anything but myth, we wouldn’t recommend that you go walking unprepared into a Dark Forest… unless the Twins have been there first. ;) ;)

awesome!

Modified bagpipe? What is it and do comment if you know. DVD rip from Riverdance - New York.

Featuring Lead Dancer Padraic Moyles

The show was over, but the encore that ensued was extraordinary. Trimmed it down to the final 15 minutes, but please buy the DVD and see the entire show. It's his best work since Riverdance. The only thing missing is beautiful Jean Butler. Do enjoy! - I claim no ownership/rights. Simply for entertainment and pleasure.

I just watched Steven Spielberg’s "Disclosure Day," and we absolutely HAVE to talk about this movie. 👽📰 Is it a cinematic masterpiece, or does it completely miss the mark on the reality of the U.S. government’s relationship with extraterrestrial intelligence?

In this spoiler-free movie review, I’m breaking down the cold, hard facts of Disclosure Day. Spielberg tackles one of the most explosive topics of our generation: what happens to human society, global authority, and deep-seated religious faith the moment the truth about UFOs and UAPs is finally revealed to the world?

We dive deep into the film’s stunning visuals, the intense plot, and the massive theological question the movie forces us to confront—is an alien disclosure a threat to traditional faith, or is it the ultimate catalyst for an evolution in human consciousness?

If you’ve seen the movie, drop your thoughts in the comments below! If you haven’t seen it yet, let me know if this review makes you want to get a ticket.

Today, Jay sits down with Madonna for a rare and intimate conversation that goes beyond her iconic career into the spiritual foundation that has carried her through life’s greatest challenges. For nearly 30 years, Madonna has walked a spiritual path that has shaped her resilience, fueled her creativity, and defined her sense of purpose. Madonna opens up about what first drew her to seek deeper meaning, the practices that became her lifeline, and why she believes spirituality has been the true key to her strength, longevity, and fulfillment.

Together, Jay and Madonna dive into themes of transformation, the search for meaning in suffering, the freedom that comes with radical acceptance, and the power of forgiveness to heal our deepest wounds. Madonna shares the moments that tested her most, from loss and betrayal to near-death experiences, and how each challenge became an opening for growth when she chose to see it through the lens of purpose rather than punishment.

In the second half of the conversation, Jay and Madonna are joined by her longtime Kabbalah teacher, Eitan, for a powerful exploration of spiritual wisdom in action. They discuss why our struggles and inner battles are essential for growth, and how to reframe challenges as opportunities to reveal greater light. Eitan offers practical tools, from pausing and embracing discomfort to practicing “certainty beyond logic,” to help us find strength in life’s most difficult moments.

In this interview, you'll learn:
How to Build a Spiritual Practice
How to Find Meaning in Suffering
How to Escape the Victim Mentality
How to Practice Radical Acceptance
How to Forgive and Let Go
How to Manifest with Consciousness
How to Teach Kids Spiritual Awareness
How to Stop Comparing Yourself to Others
How to Discover Your Soul’s Purpose

Every one of us will face moments of doubt, loss, or uncertainty, but those moments are not the end of our story, they are invitations to grow into something greater. The challenges we experience are not punishments but lessons, guiding us back to our true selves.

With Love and Gratitude,
Jay Shetty

Today, Jay sits down with cultural icon Hilary Duff for a raw and honest conversation about growth, identity, and the quiet courage it takes to evolve in public. Having grown up alongside an entire generation, Hilary reflects on what it means to return to music after more than a decade with her sixth studio album, Luck or Something. She opens up about shedding politeness in favor of truth, embracing maturity without losing the joy of her past, and finally feeling rooted in who she is, not just as an artist, but as a woman, a mother, a partner, and a daughter.

Jay and Hilary explore the hidden weight of fame, the loss of anonymity at a young age, and the resilience required to stay grounded in an industry that constantly defines you before you can define yourself. Hilary speaks vulnerably about navigating eating disorders, divorce, co-parenting, estrangement with family, and the reality of loving people through complicated relationships. Through it all, she shares how motherhood reshaped her priorities, how love taught her to accept stability over chaos, and how creativity became a necessary way of reconnecting with herself. Hilary’s reflections reveal a powerful truth: what the world often calls luck is usually years of quiet strength, hard choices, and inner work.

In this interview, you'll learn:
How to Trust Your Intuition Over “Luck”
How to Grow Without Rejecting Your Past
How to Accept Healthy Love (Even When It Feels Unfamiliar)
How to Break Family Patterns Without Losing Compassion
How to Balance Motherhood and Personal Ambition
How to Hold Joy and Pain at the Same Time
How to Reinvent Yourself Without Losing Who You Are

You are allowed to choose steadiness over chaos, truth over politeness, and peace over performance. Growth isn’t always loud, sometimes it’s simply deciding you don’t want to repeat the same pattern again.

With Love and Gratitude,
Jay Shetty

David Sinclair made 6 claims worth tracking with Chris Williamson on Modern Wisdom. I ran the whole interview through skim and pulled the 6 biggest, tracked each one to resolution with the case on both sides, so you can judge them for yourself in minutes instead of hours.

What David Sinclair argues:
• David Sinclair argues that his lab successfully reversed aging and cured blindness in mice, a result since repeated in other animals and tissues. He states this method is now being tested in humans, with people receiving treatment in their eyes to reverse aging and cure blindness. This development signifies a progression from animal experiments to potential human therapeutic applications.
• David Sinclair argues that aging is a corruption of the body's genetic software, where original information remains but gets scrambled over time. He theorizes that the epigenome layer, not the DNA itself, gets corrupted, causing cells to lose track of which genes to read. This hypothesis is supported by experiments where intentionally scrambled epigenetic folding in mice caused them to age prematurely.
• David Sinclair argues that individuals consistently sleep less than they perceive. He attributes this to factors like smartphone use, late meals, and caffeine, which cause time in bed to feel like sleep when it is not. Recognizing this discrepancy allows people to adjust habits like moving technology and caffeine use earlier in the day to improve their sleep.
• David Sinclair argues that regular sauna use has substantial, reproducible evidence, particularly from studies on Nordic men, demonstrating a reduction in heart disease. He states that cold therapy, while potentially beneficial, currently has less supporting evidence compared to saunas. This distinction in evidence is important for understanding health practices, especially when considering individual factors like gender-specific optimal temperatures for cold plunges.
• David Sinclair argues that his lab achieved 160 years of work in a few months by employing a frontier model. This drastically increases research velocity and offers a substantial deflationary effect on the costs of drug discovery and medical research.
• David Sinclair argues that individuals should treat their health data as a hobby and avoid taking it too seriously. He explains that obsessing over scores, such as a bad night's sleep, can lead to neuroticism and sacrifice the benefits of healthy practices. Instead, a sustainable approach to health over many years requires finding enjoyment and implementing practices in a repeatable and healthy way.

"Sometimes what gets you here, won't get you there."

Season 2 of Makin' Moves opens with a company-wide TORCH! Lyrics:

[Verse]
I'm trying to hold my breath
Let it stay this way
Can't let this moment end
You set off a dream in me
Getting louder now
Can you hear it echoing?

[Pre-Chorus]
Take my hand
Will you share this with me?
'Cause, darling, without you

[Chorus]
All the shine of a thousand spotlights
All the stars we steal from the night sky
Will never be enough
Never be enough
Towers of gold are still too little
These hands could hold the world but it'll
Never be enough
Never be enough for me

[Post-Chorus]
Never, never
Never, never
Never
For me, for me
Never enough
Never enough
Never enough
For me, for me, for me

[Chorus]
All the shine of a thousand spotlights
All the stars we steal from the night sky
Will never be enough
Never be enough
Towers of gold are still too little
These hands could hold the world but it'll
Never be enough
Never be enough for me

[Post-Chorus]
Never, never
Never, never
Never
For me, for me
Never enough, never, never
Never enough, never, never
Never enough
For me, for me, for me

[Outro]
For me

Synopsis:

Life with Father (1947) is a charming and elegant family masterpiece directed by Michael Curtiz, starring the radiant Irene Dunne and William Powell. Featuring a young Elizabeth Taylor in one of her loveliest early roles, this Technicolor gem beautifully captures the warmth, fashion, and sophisticated domestic life of 1880s New York.
The story centers on Vinnie, the heart and soul of the Day household, as she gracefully navigates her husband Clarence’s rigid rules and stubborn temperament. While Clarence attempts to run the home with strict logic, Vinnie uses her gentle wit and emotional intelligence to keep the family harmony intact and guide her children through the sweet flutters of first love. When a home is ruled by a stern father, can a mother’s quiet strength and clever love turn every conflict into a lasting memory?

Colorized Western Film: Utah Blaine - Gunslinger Utah Blaine rescues rancher Joe Neal from lynching by vigilante land-grabbers and runs afoul of vigilante leader Russ Nevers' interests.

Utah Blaine (1957)
Director: Fred F. Sears
Writers: Louis L'Amour(novel), Robert E. Kent(screenplay)
Stars: Rory Calhoun, Susan Cummings, Angela Stevens
Genre: Western
Country: USA
Language: English
Release Date: 1 February 1957 (USA)
Duration: 72 min
Filming Location: Sonora, California, USA

Storyline:
When Utah Blaine rescues Joe Neal from being lynched by a pack of land-grabbing vigilantes, Joe hires Utah has his ranch foreman. Aided at first by only a fellow gunslinger, Utah gradually rallies the townsman to his cause for a climatic showdown with Russ Nevers, his murderous henchman Rink Witter and their pack of range-wolves.

Reviews:
"Rory Calhoun proved himself an action hero, a two-gun action hero, in this fast-moving, and often exciting minor A Western. And he had to prove himself so with such an excellent cast of first-rate players.

His female lead was the beautiful -- although outrageously padded -- Susan Cummings, who also proved herself a first-rate actress who should have many more first-rate parts.

Her character was a strong and courageous woman, a type not seen often enough in any film but perhaps especially so in Westerns, where they mostly are present to be rescued or protected.

This Western heroine wields a shotgun and drives off the bad guys if they get too close.

Max Baer, the boxing champ, was another excellent actor and I had never seen him in a Western. He should have had his own series, playing the big and strong hero. He shows himself fully capable of it in this film.

Ray Teal is such a strong personality he almost steals "Utah Blaine" from its star -- and he plays the chief bad guy! This is a striking performance, and proof positive Mr. Teal could have played any kind of role.

Director Fred Sears leads his cast and crew admirably, and also proves himself a first-rate director, deserving of bigger-budget pictures and respect.

"Utah Blaine" was completely unknown to me before I accidentally found it at YouTube, and I am completely recommending it."-Written by morrisonhimself on IMDb.com

My Gun is the Law - The town of San Felipe is plagued by robberies. Two Federal Agents are sent to investigate the major suspect, a local landowner. One agent works on his ranch, the other becomes his daughter's fiance.

My Gun is the Law (1965)
Director: Alfonso Brescia
Writers: Alfonso Brescia, Franco Cobianchi, Ramón Comas
Stars: Ángel del Pozo, Luciana Gilli, Miguel de la Riva
Genre: Action, Crime, Romance, Western, Spaghetti Western
Country: Italy, Spain
Language: English
Release Date: August 1965 (Italy)
Also Known As: Stirb aufrecht, Gringo!
Filming Locations: Colmenar Viejo, Madrid, Spain

Story:
Trouble is afoot in San Felipe, where bandits keep robbing gold shipments intended to finance the South Pacific railroad. Town leader and rancher Henry O’Brien blames the railroad for offering bandits a tempting target. But when they attempt a holdup in town in broad daylight, they’re in for a surprise. The chest that’s supposed to be filled with gold is filled with rocks instead. Railroad owner Davidson had the gold stashed hidden inside a passenger’s suitcases. Then two men arrive in San Felipe — George Benson, a tenderfoot who’s engaged to O’Brien’s pretty niece Louisa, and Peter Webb, a cowpoke who says he left trouble behind in Duncan City.. Soon after their arrival, a masked gunman starts showing up to foil the bandits’ plans. Webb, who has managed to purchase a mine O’Brien covets, winds up working for him. It’s then that he learns the truth: O’Brien, the supposed town leader and the richest man around, is behind the robberies. And his lovely niece knows nothing about that.

Review:
A decent spagwest from Alfonso Brescia
MY GUN IS THE LAW is a well-paced little spaghetti western from Alfonso Brescia, the Italian director known for making slapdash films on an extreme low budget. This is one of the better quality ones I've seen from him and it generally holds up pretty well against the genre in the mid 1960s. The story is about a lawless border town, into which ride two characters: a loner cowboy called Ringo, and a dandy. An avenger soon starts tackling the numerous bad guys, and a stock plot follows which has a ton of shoot-outs, showdowns, and various chase scenes. It's all very old-fashioned, but Brescia seems actually interested in the material, and the actors are fun. Written by Leofwine_draca on imdb.com
