Dr David Sinclair talks about his skin care routine, including moisturizer contains resveratrol, hyaluronic acid and Betaine(TMG) made by his lab, 0.5% Retinol A lotion and a small peptide in this clip.

Retinol is the scientific name for Vitamin A. Retinol is known to irritate the skin due to its powerful exfoliating and cell renewing ability. High concentration of Retinol A may cause redness, irritation, dryness, and/or peeling, so please be very cautious when using and mix with lotion/cream. Also apply first on a small area of skin to test a few days first as seems irritation occurs after 3-4 days. Stop using when the irritation occurs. Avoid too close to eyes area. Always consult with your Doctor before start any treatment.

David Sinclair is a professor in the Department of Genetics and co-director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for the Biology of Aging at Harvard Medical School, where he and his colleagues study sirtuins—protein-modifying enzymes that respond to changing NAD+ levels and to caloric restriction—as well as chromatin, energy metabolism, mitochondria, learning and memory, neurodegeneration, cancer, and cellular reprogramming.

Dr David Sinclair has suggested that aging is a disease—and that we may soon have the tools to put it into remission—and he has called for greater international attention to the social, economic and political and benefits of a world in which billions of people can live much longer and much healthier lives.

Dr David Sinclair is the co-founder of several biotechnology companies (Life Biosciences, Sirtris, Genocea, Cohbar, MetroBiotech, ArcBio, Liberty Biosecurity) and is on the boards of several others.
He is also co-founder and co-chief editor of the journal Aging. He is an inventor on 35 patents and has received more than 35 awards and honors. In 2014, he was on Time Magazine’s list of the “100 Most Influential People in the World,” and listed as Time's Top 50 in healthcare in 2018.

Are we closer to becoming biologically immortal? What would you strive to do or dream of if you could extend your life to even 150 years? Until recently the idea of longevity felt more like reaching your 90s and possibly 100 at best, and if you manage to accomplish that goal, a high quality of life would be best and expected. But what if you could extend your lifespan by even 10 years? Making sure that those years are exciting and meaningful would be a priority. Dr.David Sinclair, a world-renowned geneticist, is joining Tom in this episode to break down exactly why it is that we age on a cellular level, and what is now becoming possible in terms of slowing down our biological clock and even possibly reversing our biological age. If you want to know what you can do to start improving the quality of your aging life and stay younger longer this episode is for you, and you’ll want to check out Dr. David Sinclair’s newest podcast, Lifespan (link below).

“We could have reversed aging just by making all cells a stem cell, we have the technology to do that.” [23:43]

“So we're reversing the aging of the eye, that's not hard at all, but we can reverse the age of the liver, the skin, other labs are doing the spleen, thymus, through this method.” [31:13]

“Humanity lucked out that we can actually do this and that there's a backup copy of youth in each of our cells that can be tapped into.” [32:03]

“We don't think about what it's like at the end, it is not fun. It's not typically like, Oh, you just go to sleep. Those are the lucky ones.” [36:39]

“The main concept that I think we all need to remember is that our bodies respond well to perceived adversity.” [38:55]

David Sinclair, a professor at Harvard Medical School, has said that he thinks the first person who will live to the age of 150 is already alive today. During a panel discussion about longevity at the TIME100 Health Leadership Forum in New York City on Sept. 10, TIME executive editor Nikhil Kumar asked Sinclair what motivated him to say that.

“Children born today will live into the 22nd century, and just think about in the last five years what’s happened to our world; it’s barely recognizable when it comes to AI and even the healthcare world,” Sinclair replied. “So, in the 22nd century, children born today are going to have access to technologies that we literally cannot even imagine now.”

Sinclair was joined on stage by Jennifer Garrison, a neuroscientist with expertise in the women’s health biotech field, and Jack Jia, the founder and CEO of Musely, a telehealth platform aimed at expanding access to personalized prescription care that sponsored the event on Sept. 10.

Scientists like Prof Sinclair have evidence of speeding up, slowing, and even reversing aging.
Thanks to LastPass for sponsoring this video. Click here to start using LastPass: https://ve42.co/VeLP

What causes aging? According to Professor David Sinclair, it is a loss of information in our epigenome, the system of proteins like histones and chemical markers like methylation that turn on and off genes. Epigenetics allow different cell types to perform their specific functions - they are what differentiate a brain cell from a skin cell. Our DNA is constantly getting broken, by cosmic rays, UV radiation, free radicals, x-rays and regular cell division etc. When our cells repair that damage, the epigenome is not perfectly reset. And hence over time, noise accumulates in our epigenome. Our cells no longer perform their functions well.

To counter this decline, we can activate the body's own defenses against aging by stressing the body. Eat less, eat less protein, engage in intense exercise, experience uncomfortable cold. When the body senses existential threats it triggers longevity genes, which attempt to maintain the body to ensure its survival until good times return. This may be the evolutionary legacy of early bacteria, which established these two modes of living (repair and protect vs grow and reproduce). Scientists are uncovering ways to mimic stresses on the body without the discomfort of fasting. Molecules like NMN also trigger sirtuins to monitor and repair the epigenome. This may slow aging.

Reversing aging requires an epigenetic reset, which may be possible using Yamanaka factors. These four factors can revert an adult cell into a pluripotent stem cell. Prof. Sinclair used three of the four factors to reverse aging in the retinal cells of old mice. He found they could see again after the treatment.

In this episode, Matt and Nick react to investigative journalist and author Scott Carney's video describing what he calls "David Sinclair's longevity lie" in the context of David's longevity-focused entrepreneurial ventures. Matt shares his professional history with David, including his early interactions with David in Leonard Guarente's lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and scientific differences that emerged after Matt and colleagues were unable to reproduce a key result from David's work pertaining to resveratrol. Their discussion touches on some of David's scientific claims about age reversal, the role of institutions such as Harvard University in regulating scientific integrity, the potential for future interventions in healthspan and longevity, and the importance of separating personal feelings from scientific evaluation.

David, currently a professor in Harvard Medical School's Department of Genetics at the Paul F. Glenn Center for Biology of Aging Research, is a prominent geroscience researcher whose lab focuses on age-related epigenetic change, cellular reprograming, longevity drug discovery, mitochondrial fitness, reproductive aging, neurodegenerative disease, and the human secretome. He has received awards including the National Institutes of Health Nathan Shock Award, the Merck Prize, and the Australian Medical Research Medal, and was elected to TIME's 2014 “100 Most Influential People in the World" list. David conducted postdoctoral research at MIT and obtained a PhD in Molecular Genetics at the University of New South Wales.

Hi, I'm Matt Kaeberlein. I spent the first few decades of my career doing scientific research into the biology of aging, trying to understand the finer details of how humans age in order to facilitate translational interventions that promote healthspan and improve quality of life. Now I want to take some of that knowledge out of the lab and into the hands of people who can really use it.

On this podcast I talk about all things aging and healthspan, from supplements and nutrition to the latest discoveries in longevity research. My goal is to lift the veil on the geroscience and longevity world and help you apply what we know to your own personal health trajectory. I care about quality science and will always be honest about what I don't know. I hope you'll find these episodes helpful!

Over the past few decades, an abundance of scientific research has focused on resveratrol, a plant-based compound found in red grapes and peanuts. Much of this research has demonstrated that, at high doses, resveratrol exerts beneficial health effects – especially on the cardiovascular system – and has been shown to ameliorate the deleterious effects of an obesogenic diet in monkeys. Resveratrol is a "dirty molecule," however, known for its multiple cellular targets, so teasing out all the ramifications of its use has proven problematic. Furthermore, it is relatively unstable and demonstrates poor bioavailability in humans. In this clip, Dr. David Sinclair identifies some of the practical considerations of resveratrol supplementation and discusses his personal use of the compound.

Harvard geneticist Dr David Sinclair reveals his complete supplement stack and explains the science behind why taking certain supplements every other day is more effective than taking them daily. He describes how mice given resveratrol every other day lived significantly longer than those given it daily, and why this principle of pulsing applies to metformin, berberine, and other longevity supplements.

He walks through his personal stack including NMN for fuelling the sirtuin enzymes that control aging, resveratrol as the accelerator pedal for those same enzymes, berberine as a natural alternative to the drug metformin, spermidine for stimulating autophagy and slowing epigenetic information loss, glycine for controlling DNA methylation, vitamin D with K2 to keep calcium out of arteries and into bones, and high-dose niacin to lower a dangerous molecule called Lp(a) that most doctors never test for.

Discover:
• Why taking supplements every other day works better than daily
• The full supplement stack a Harvard aging scientist takes himself
• How blind monkeys had their sight restored in six weeks
• The molecule called Lp(a) that is as dangerous as cholesterol and most doctors never test
• Why the single most important thing for longevity is skipping meals
• How sauna bathing is proven to reduce heart disease and early death
• The red light cap that is proven to slow hair loss

Age reversal: David Sinclair's company has dosed the first human with epigenetic reprogramming. The trial is real, it is first-in-human, and its primary endpoint is safety.

On January 15, 2026 the FDA authorized it. On June 9 a patient received an injection into one eye, carrying instructions to partially reset the age of the cells inside it. It is the first time partial epigenetic reprogramming has been tried in a human being.

So what do we actually know? Less than the headlines suggest, and more than you would think.

The trial is ER-100, from Life Biosciences, co-founded by Harvard geneticist David Sinclair. He is the principal in this story, not a commentator on it, and this video says so up front. It enrolls 18 people. It lists 21 primary outcome measures, and every one of them is safety. It is not designed to answer whether age reversal works.

This walks what actually happened, in order: the 2020 Nature mouse result, the primate data, the FDA authorization, the first dose. Then what the registry actually commits to measuring. Then the part worth knowing: why they used 3 of the 4 Yamanaka factors instead of all 4, and why the therapy only runs while the patient takes an antibiotic. The most interesting thing in the first human age-reversal trial is not the reprogramming. It is the off switch.

VERIFICATION: Checked August 5, 2026. NO Phase 1 results have been published. ClinicalTrials.gov NCT07290244 reports has Results = false, status RECRUITING. If that has changed by the time you are watching, this video describes the period before the first readout.

What you'll learn:
• What the FDA actually authorized, and when
• The 2020 Nature result: OSK restores vision in mice
• Why the primate data is solid but unpublished
• 18 patients, 21 primary endpoints, all safety
• Why c-Myc was left out, and what the doxycycline switch does
• How to read any early result: ask what the study was designed to find out

ER-100 is the world’s first age reversal therapy to enter FDA-cleared human clinical trials, and earlier this year the first participant received the first dose - a special moment that Dr. David Sinclair witnessed firsthand:

“It was really emotional after 30 years of research to finally see it entering human trials. And I'm happy to report that the trial is going well, and I'll continue to report how the trial is going.

To see a concept that we pioneered in mice and monkeys finally being put into human beings made me extremely proud of the work my teams and my colleagues have done.”

If aging is, in part, a loss of biological information, then restoring that information could help cells remember how to function like they're young again. This is the idea behind ER-100 (or “Epigenetic Reprogramming 100”), a cellular rejuvenation therapy that uses epigenetic reprogramming to try and help damaged retinal nerve cells recover more youthful function.

Watch the full episode to learn more about ER-100, longevity, the science of eye health and vision optimization, and how you can apply these in your own life to improve your health.

The FDA just cleared a clinical trial that could mark a major turning point in the science of aging.
At the 2026 World Governments Summit, David Sinclair discussed the possibility of reversing aspects of biological aging and explained how scientists are moving from laboratory research toward human clinical testing.

World Governments Summit
The breakthrough involves epigenetic reprogramming — an approach designed to restore older or damaged cells toward a younger, more functional state without changing the underlying DNA sequence.
In January 2026, the U.S. FDA cleared the Investigational New Drug (IND) application for ER-100, developed by Life Biosciences. The Phase 1 trial is studying the therapy in patients with optic neuropathies, including open-angle glaucoma and NAION.

Then, in June 2026, Life Biosciences announced that the first participant had been dosed in the Phase 1 ER-100 clinical trial. The study is primarily evaluating safety and tolerability, while also assessing measures of visual function.

ER-100 uses controlled expression of three transcription factors — OCT4, SOX2 and KLF4 (OSK) — as part of Life Biosciences' epigenetic restoration approach. The goal is to restore cellular function by resetting aspects of the epigenetic state toward more youthful patterns.

But there is an important distinction:
Scientists have NOT proven that they can reverse human aging yet.
This is an early Phase 1 clinical trial. The results will have to show whether the approach is safe and whether the biological effects seen in preclinical research can translate into meaningful benefits in humans.
In this video, we look at what David Sinclair explains about the breakthrough, what scientists have actually achieved, how epigenetic reprogramming works, why the FDA clearance matters, and what the first human trial could mean for the future of aging research.

Could this be the beginning of a new era in medicine — where scientists don't just treat diseases of aging, but target the biology of aging itself?
We'll break down the science, the clinical trial, the evidence, and the questions that remain unanswered.

This video is for educational and informational purposes. The therapies discussed are investigational and are not approved treatments for reversing aging.

CHAPTERS
0:00 What this is
0:32 Regrowing a severed optic nerve - SOLID
2:33 Five habits, fifteen years - SOLID, but not from the study he named
3:55 The Waldinger study - NEEDS CONTEXT
5:54 The Israeli hyperbaric trial - NEEDS CONTEXT
8:21 "You can get away with very little sleep" - FALSE
10:41 Vascular dementia - half right, half wrong
13:01 The billionaire longevity companies - NEEDS CONTEXT
14:51 150,000 deaths a day - NEEDS CONTEXT
16:53 The DRD4 document shown on screen - SOLID
19:08 The verdict

THE VERDICTS AND WHERE THEY COME FROM

SOLID - The 2020 Nature paper regrew severed optic nerves in mice.
Lu Y. et al., "Reprogramming to recover youthful epigenetic information and restore vision," Nature, December 2020. OSK delivered by AAV into retinal ganglion cells. Demonstrated in mice, not humans.

SOLID - Five habits are worth roughly fifteen years.
Li Y., Hu F.B., et al., Circulation, July 2018. 78,865 women and 44,354 men; gain at age 50 of 12-14 years.

FALSE - ...but they come from the Waldinger study, and one of them is no alcohol.
The fifteen years comes from the Circulation paper, not from Waldinger. That paper's alcohol factor is MODERATE drinking, not abstention.

NEEDS CONTEXT - The Waldinger study ran 40 years on World War II vets.
The Harvard Study of Adult Development began in 1938 and has run 85+ years. Waldinger is its fourth director. Two cohorts: Harvard undergraduates and inner-city Boston boys. Its headline finding - relationships - is his.

NEEDS CONTEXT - The Israeli hyperbaric trial reversed aging.
Hachmo et al., Aging (Albany NY), 2020. 35 participants, NO control group, and the outcome measured was telomere length in isolated blood cells - a surrogate marker, not a health outcome. From the paper's own competing interests statement: "AH, BY, ZY work for AVIV Scientific LTD. ES is a shareholder at AVIV Scientific LTD."

FALSE - You can get away with very little sleep if it is deep sleep.
Kwok et al., JAHA 2018 - 74 cohorts, 3.3 million participants; mortality and cardiovascular risk rise as sleep falls below 7 hours. The glymphatic mechanism he calls settled is contested: Xie/Nedergaard, Science 2013 found clearance rises during sleep; Miao, Franks and Wisden, Nature Neuroscience, June 2024 found it falls.

SOLID - Vascular dementia is the second leading cause of dementia.
15-20% of diagnosed cases. Cleveland Clinic; Alzheimers.gov / NIH.

FALSE - ...and it is the easiest to reverse.
Vascular dementia involves infarction - brain tissue that has already died. No intervention reverses it. The RISK FACTORS are modifiable; the damage is not. Vascular dementia review, PMC 2025.

NEEDS CONTEXT - Bezos, Altman and Armstrong started rival companies, all with billions.
Altos Labs (Bezos) launched January 2022 with $3B. NewLimit (Armstrong) has raised roughly $755M. Retro Biosciences (Altman) operates with $180M. He also called it "Altos Pharma."

NEEDS CONTEXT - 150,000 people die every day of aging.
Andrew Steele, "Deaths caused by ageing," 2026: 105,900 of about 150,800 daily deaths worldwide are attributable to aging - roughly 70%. 150,000 is closer to the all-causes total.

SOLID - The DRD4 7R document read out on air.
Ding, Moyzis et al., American Journal of Human Genetics, 2004; Goeren, 2014. Roughly 48% across the Americas, about 2% in East Asia. We check the document, not the person - it was an AI search result read aloud on the show.

HOW WE SCORE
SOLID - the published record backs it.
NEEDS CONTEXT - true as far as it goes, but the framing is off.
UNSUPPORTED - no evidence either way. This is not an accusation.
FALSE - the published record contradicts it.

Two further claims - US glaucoma prevalence, and whether GLP-1 drugs double the risk of NAION - are held for a follow-up. The NAION literature disagrees with itself across four studies and deserves its own episode.

Welcome to Impact Theory with Tom Bilyeu. In today's episode, we sit down with legendary Harvard longevity scientist David Sinclair for a conversation that could genuinely change how you think about aging, disease, and the human body's potential for self-renewal.

Tom and David dive deep into one of the most controversial and exciting frontiers in modern science — the possibility of not just slowing aging, but actually reversing it at the cellular level. They unpack the Alzheimer's puzzle: why amyloid plaque may not be the true villain, what's actually happening in aging brain cells, and why David's lab is seeing memory improvements in animals without clearing any plaque at all.

Then the conversation takes a stunning turn into nerve regeneration. David shares the Nature cover-worthy experiment where his lab didn't just slow nerve degeneration — they regrew crushed optic nerves to 100%, a feat other labs had only achieved at 5%. The implications stretch far beyond vision: spinal injuries, ALS, age-related balance loss, and beyond. The science isn't just theoretical — it's already working in monkeys.

But perhaps most immediately relevant to everyday people is David's work on a consumer-grade age reversal product — something that could be a supplement, a drink, or a topical cream — backed by the same mechanisms driving his lab's most advanced research. After just four weeks in mouse models, the results across 20 different tests of strength, memory, and balance were undeniable.
They also get candid about the risks: the cancer concern, the gap between bench and bedside, the regulatory bottlenecks keeping breakthrough therapies out of reach, and why David refuses to rush anything that isn't clinically proven. This is the science of getting younger — and it's closer than you think.

Is aging a disease that can be cured? Neil deGrasse Tyson and cohosts Chuck Nice and Gary O’Reilly discover the field of epigenetics, the Information Theory of Aging, and curing blindness for mice with Professor of Genetics at Harvard Medical School, David Sinclair.

What is epigenetics? Discover the difference between genetics and epigenetics. We discuss whether aging is a disease and if there have been any changes in aging throughout the centuries. David breaks down the information theory of aging and how epigenetic inheritance works. Plus, Chuck tells us about some of the studies he’s reading and how behaviors during your lifetime can be epigenetically passed onto your children.

Could we someday cure death? What does aging look like in the broader animal kingdom? We look at aging from an evolutionary standpoint, restoring vision in blind mice, and what the length of your telomeres tells you. We break down conflicting information regarding diet and how to not just live longer but live younger, longer. What are the genes that control aging?

We break down what anti-aging medicine would look like and whether it would be affordable for everyday people. Learn about the world's oldest mice with the youngest eyes. We discuss the Yamanaka genes and how they can be utilized to turn back time on a cellular level. Is DNA destiny?

Can we really cure ageing? David Sinclair thinks so, and he's going to try to prove it.

David Sinclair is a scientist and entrepreneur working on increasing human health, productivity, and lifespan. After co-discovering a molecular cause of aging at the Massachusetts Institute in Boston in the mid-1990s, he joined the faculty of Harvard Medical School where he is now a tenured Professor. In 2005, he founded the Glenn Laboratories for Aging Research at Harvard and serves as their Co-Director. He is also a Professor at the Lowy Cancer Centre at the University of New South Wales, Sydney.

His research is aimed at understanding why we grow old and using this knowledge to prevent and treat both rare and common diseases. He is perhaps best known for identifying resveratrol from red wine as an anti-aging molecule. He has founded four biotechnology companies; to treat age-related diseases (Sirtris), improve female reproductive health and IVF (OvaScience), treat type 2 diabetes (Cohbar), and develop vaccines against malaria, chlamydia, tuberculosis, pneumonia, and cancer (Genocea).

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

In Episode 3 of the Lifespan Podcast, Dr. David Sinclair and Matthew LaPlante dive deeply into the science of non-dietary interventions that mimic adversity and promote health. They begin by highlighting how different types of physical activity (i.e., low-intensity aerobic exercise, high-intensity aerobic exercise, and weight training) protect against age-related disease and enhance longevity. David and Matthew additionally highlight the latest evidence behind hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cold therapy, and heat therapy. As they discuss different adversity mimetics, they also explain how these interventions influence aging at the molecular and physiological levels.

We might be the first generation that gets to live forever. Because Dr. David Sinclair, a Harvard geneticist just cracked the code to living forever. His lab reversed biological age by 75% in just six weeks. And now the FDA has officially approved the very first human aging reversal trial in history. But it's not just one scientist. The world's billionaires are investing billions into the same science. The Holy Grail of science is real. And it begins right now.

Harvard geneticist David Sinclair returns to explain how his lab's age-reversal technology has moved from mice and primates into FDA-cleared human trials — starting with an attempt to reverse vision loss from glaucoma, a condition considered permanent. Sinclair breaks down the science of Yamanaka factors, why using three genes instead of four sidesteps the cancer risk, and his core thesis: make the body young enough and it can cure its own diseases.

He and James also go deep on the practical longevity playbook: NMN, NAD and Sirtuins, metformin and berberine, testosterone and muscle mass, sleep, diet, and how to separate real science from longevity misinformation. Sinclair shares his own protocol at 56, his 86-year-old father's results, and teases a next-generation "rejuvenation in a pill" molecule his lab hopes to test in humans.

Note: Sinclair discusses early-stage, in-trial, and animal-model research. His forward-looking claims are his own and are not yet proven in humans. Nothing here is medical advice — talk to a physician before changing any supplement or medication.

In this episode:
1. How age-reversal tech reached FDA-cleared human trials, starting with the eye
2. What Yamanaka factors are and why they act as a "factory reset" for cells
3. Why three genes (OSK) reverse aging ~75% without triggering cancer
4. The built-in antibiotic "on/off" safety switch behind the therapy
5. Why reversing the age of tissue may let the body cure disease at its source
6. The realistic timeline, cost problem, and path from eye injections to a pill
7. Sinclair's take on NMN, NAD, metformin, berberine, testosterone, and sleep
8. What's next after glaucoma: liver, joints, skin, and a next-gen molecule

The Harvard geneticist sold a fake miracle pill to GlaxoSmithKline for $720,000,000, and now wants the world to believe that he has discovered a new immortality molecule.

Everyone wants to live a long and healthy life. No one wants to die. The oldest scam in history is the longevity lie. The first writing recorded on Sumerian clay tablets recounts the story of Gilgamesh’s failed quest to bring his friend back from the dead. The immutable fact of mortality has dogged human kind since its very beginning. And yet every age has brought with it its own crop of magicians, alchemists and scientists promising eternal life. Their pitch is always the same: everyone who came before them was a charlatan, but they have the secret sauce.

The most famous longevity grifter of our age is no different. If you’ve ever heard a news story that a glass of red wine might make you live longer, it was because of his groundbreaking research. Harvard geneticist David Sinclair is one of the most decorated scientists on the planet. He’s listed as an author on more than 500 papers, his work has been cited more than 96,000 times and he holds 50 patents. He was the editor of the journal Aging.

Resume aside, David Sinclair is no different than any other health grifter throughout the ages, and great fortunes have been squandered in pursuit of his “science.” In this week’s video I dive into his 25 year history of scientific mistakes, lies and fraud. I show how he used disproven research on the chemical “resveratrol” to sell a best selling book and, ultimately, a company to the pharmaceutical drug maker GlaxoSmithKlein for $720,000,000. Two years after the sale, the research was proven to not work, and Sinclair became one of the richest scientists in America. Now, ten years after that work fell apart, Sinclair is at it again selling the idea of a new immortality molecule called NMN.

This video took me three weeks to put together, but it was worth the wait.

CORRECTIONS: Robert Sclafani, Ph.D. is a professor emeritus at University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora, not CU-Boulder as stated in this video. Additionally, his meeting with David Sinclair and the member of the Nobel Prize committee occurred in Colorado, not Europe. More about Sclafani here: https://medschool.cuanschutz.e....du/biochemistry/peop
