Rainbow in the Dark has been on our “to arrange” list for years and we’re thrilled to finally release our cover of this metal classic! We love the magical and ethereal feeling that the harps give to the song. One of our favorite parts of our arrangement is our version of the solo. While rehearsing, Kennerly kept playing the main guitar riff while Camille improvised over it. We think we gave a nod to Campbell’s original solo while creating our own distinct Harp Twins flair. :) :) Everything you hear in our arrangement is exactly how we can perform it live with our 2 harps: no backtracks, loops or overlays. Per Dr. Wallach, $3 trillion dollars are spent annually on just the symptoms of arthritis and osteoporosis. Gluco Gel was one of Dr. Wallach’s original products address bone matrix issues, but it contains only one source of collagen. Now, his Collagen Peptides contains four sources of collagen. After 2000+ autopsies, Dr. Wallach founded the theory of epigenetics (disease is not due to genetics) and sued the FDA eight times for not having enough nutrients in infant baby formula, winning each time! A lack of supplements was discovered by Dr. Wallach, resulting in cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, sudden infant death syndrome and heart attacks.
Theo Ratliff, a famous basketball player for the Atlanta Hawks, had bone on bone arthritis, but after following Dr. Wallach’s protocols, fully recovered and went on to earn a $100 million contract; Theo then used some of his earnings to create a family resource center to help educate kids through Seniors.
Dr. Wallach also spoke about his work with Marvin Ropp, a retired Navy Seal, who specializes in soil analysis, and his work with Jerry Lewis in finding the cure for muscular dystrophy. Jerry Lewis was then fired from the Muscular Dystrophy Association when he presented the charts of individuals who no longer had symptoms of the disease after following Dr. Wallach's recommendations.
Dr. Wallach discovered and saved the white rhinos in South Africa from extinction, proving they were dying from malnutrition, not pollution. Dr. Wallach compared Red Bull with 1 mineral to Rebound with 75 minerals.
Questions Dr. Wallach addressed: muscle wasting, ringing in the ears, and hiccups, and their underlying cause. 37+ common diseases are caused by osteoporosis of the skull, a simple Nutrient deficiency. What if the life you’re chasing is costing you the life you’re living right now?
In this conversation with Priscilla Shirer, I experienced something rare. This wasn’t just a discussion about success or productivity. It was a masterclass in rhythm, presence, and faith. From the moment we started, I could feel the depth of her wisdom and the peace she operates with. And trust me, it challenged me. Because like many of you, I’ve spent years chasing momentum, saying yes, and filling every gap in my calendar. What Priscilla shared flipped that thinking on its head.
She broke down the power of saying no in a way I’ve never heard before. Not as rejection, but as alignment. Every no creates space for the right yes. She talked about how saying yes out of guilt or fear always leads to regret, and how protecting your time is actually a way of honoring your priorities. What really hit me was her perspective that when we refuse to step back, we might be blocking someone else’s opportunity to step forward. That level of humility and awareness is rare, and it made me reflect on how I’ve been showing up in my own life.
We also went deep on something I think everyone struggles with, trusting God in the middle of uncertainty. Not just saying it, but actually living it. Priscilla made it simple and powerful. Do your part fully, and release the outcome. Stop trying to do God’s job. That idea of creating margin in your life, real space to breathe, think, connect, and even be interrupted, was one of the most impactful parts of this entire conversation. She made me realize that a packed calendar isn’t a badge of honor. It’s often a barrier to the very life we’re trying to build.
One of the most emotional moments we shared was around the idea of delaying your life. Waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect conditions, the “someday” that may never come. Priscilla shared how easy it is to miss the treasures in the season you’re currently in because you’re so focused on the next one. That hit me hard. Because the truth is, this is the moment. This is your life. Not someday. Not later. Right now.

Most people spend their entire lives caring too much.
Caring what people think.
Caring whether they are liked.
Caring if they are impressive enough.
Caring if they have enough status, attention, money, success, or approval to finally feel worthy.

And the problem is that no amount of outside approval can permanently fix an inside wound.
